Who can enter?
Any US citizen 25 years old and older with a valid drivers licence can enter. We reserve the right to disqualify anyone from the contest at any time for any reason.
What is the prize?
The winning entry will recieve two nights use of Our Coachmen 218 FL trailer between April 26 2012 and May 17 2012. (You must meet all requirements set forth by Runge’s Camper Rentals LLC before You can redeem prize.)
Runge’s Camper Rentals LLC will randomly
draw a winner from all qualified entries on
April 21, 2012. Winner will be notified by phone.
Rules and Conditions
1. You must be at least 25 years of age with a valid drivers license, and a US citizen to enter the contest.
2. The prize winner will be required to complete and sign a rental agreemant provided by Runge’s Camper Rentals LLC. There will be no charge for the 2 nights rental of the camper, however the winner will be responsible for the trailer and any damages that occur to the trailer while it is in their posession. He/She will also be held to all the terms outlined in the rental agreemant.
3. The prize winner will need to provide a $250 security deposit before the trailer is released to them. Provided there are no damages to trailer, the security deposit will be returned within 1 week of the trailer being returned and inspected.
4. The prize winner will need to provide a tow vehicle for the trailer that has a manufacturer tow rating of at least 4500 pounds. This vehicle will need to be equipped with a 2″ reciver hitch as well as the proper lighting hookup and an electric brake control.
***Runge’s Camper Rentals LLC also offers delivery services within 50 miles of our location. If You are unable to tow the trailer We can deliver it for You. Delivery charges will apply.
5.The prize winner will need to have the proper Insurance coverage on their vehicle as well as liability coverage on Our trailer while being towed. Proof of Insurance will need to be provided to Runge’s Camper Rentals LLC by the Winners Insurance provider.
6. The trailer can be picked up after 1 PM on the first night of rental and must be returned by 11AM the morning following the 2nd night.
7. The prize winner will need to provide the campsite for the 2 nights use of the trailer.
8. The prize winner will need to arrange pickup of trailer at least 7 days prior to desired departure date.
*** Runge’s Camper Rentals LLC reserves the right to end this contest at any time as well as institute any rules We may have overlooked when designing this contest. We also reserve the right to disqualify anyone from the contest at any time.
